At the start of the 2021/22 season, the RFU have automatically de-registered all youth players from their affiliated clubs. This is in an effort to improve the data that clubs and the RFU hold on players, and ensure it is accurate and up to date.

What this means for you...

Your child will no longer be assocoiated to Roundhegians RFC until you log on to the RFU's Game Management System (GMS), and renew your child's affiliation to Roundhegians.

How do I do this?

The attached PDF contains a step-by-step guide to renewing your child's registration with Roundhegians. Please follow the steps, and if you have any issues contact Mark Moran by emailing with details of the problem you are having.

Players must be registered with Roundhegians RFC to be able to train and play matches.

The re-registration process should only take a few minutes to complete - but remember to check your Junk email folder for password reset emails, and for confirmation that registration is complete.
